About Us
Shifra is a community of professionals supporting women's health needs in the Cochrane area through exceptional care, connection, encouragement, compassion, & support.
Shifra began in 2016 as Cochrane's first holistic women's maternity/health care centre. Home to the Cochrane Community Midwives, Shifra has become a household name in the community and has grown to include services such as Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Lactation Consultation, and Functional Medicine.
Our goal at Shifra is to continually grow and expand our ability to support all aspects of women's health and wellness.
