Our primary focus is women's health, specializing in pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and post-partum care. We believe in enabling women to grow into mothers, couples into parents, and families to grow in love.

Our Story
Shifra began in 2016 as Cochrane's first holistic women's maternity/health care centre. Home to the Cochrane Community Midwives, Shifra has become a household name in the community and has grown to include services such as IV Therapy, Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Lactation Consultation, Naturopathic Medicine, and Mental Health support.
Our goal at Shifra is to continually grow and expand our ability to support all aspects of women's health and wellness.
