She ran a very busy mobile massage business for 9 years and then moved to Calgary in 2014.  Kimmy has been living in Cochrane, AB since 2017 and loves it. Kimmy has done extensive work in pre and postnatal, deep tissue, athletic massage, child and baby massage, sports injury, cupping, Reiki and energy work, Indian head massage and more!  Kimmy is very passionate about massage therapy and feels honoured to be part of people's journey.

Lizz De Jong

Lizz grew up on a farm in Southwestern Ontario. Since she was young, she always had a passion for all things sports, fitness and health and wellness. She completed the three-year Massage Therapy program at Humber College. In those three years, Lizz had internships all over Toronto, Ontario working with gymnasts, individuals on the spectrum, pre and post-natal, babies, palliative care patients and addiction rehab patients. After this Lizz then decided to continue her education by also completing the Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy assistant program. After five years of schooling, she started working at a rehab clinic for two years, executing rehabilitation programs for motor vehicle accident patients, pre/post surgery, repetitive strain injuries, as well as pre and post-natal.

Lizz is all about adventure and change, resulting in moving to Calgary, Alberta and bringing her rehabilitation knowledge to Shifra. She has a background working with expecting mothers and babies, and with both her Massage Therapy and PTA/OTA diplomas she brings a diverse skill set to the table. She is looking forward to building new relationships with the Shifra tribe and the Cochrane community.
